SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at KAISER. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time and Conformation

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Orders will be subjected to slight delays due to COVID-19, however we are doing are best to deliver the orders to you in an efficient manner.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

KAISER is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We currently do not ship outside the U.S and Europe.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This is the return policy:

  • You can return an item within 20 days of placing your order

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Must be inside original zipper packaging

If your return does NOT pass inspection, you will not receive a refund.

If your return is approved, you will be credited via your original method of payment. We will refund the price of your order, excluding shipping.
